Project
KOS entrusted us with the task of completely redefining the messaging for the online communication of Anni Azzurri senior residences. Our goal was to create content that addresses the concerns and doubts of elderly individuals and their families during the decision-making process of choosing a care facility.
We decided to start with an “on the road” focus group, engaging seniors to understand their perceived fears about senior residences. This allowed us to develop a reassuring messaging strategy, which included the creation of interactive online tools to support families in choosing the right residence.
