Partner and founder of Theoria, he holds a degree in Food Science from the University of Milan and a Master’s in Public Relations and Marketing. He founded Theoria after gaining experience in sales and marketing within the food industry.

Mirka Ritelli

Partner

CEO and co-founder of Theoria, Mirka has more than 20 years of agency experience developing and implementing strategic, results-driven marketing and communications programs. Former journalist at “Il Sole 24 Ore”, Mirka has a long experience in effectively managing multi-disciplinary teams, building consensus, and executing communications plans for clients like Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Adobe and Cisco.

Simona Brozzi

Team Manager

With a degree in Foreign Languages ​​and Literature and in Interpreting and Translations, Simona has over 20 years of experience in Media Relations, working for clients in industries ranging from tech, finance, healthcare, education. In Theoria, Simona is Account Manager. Prior to joining Theoria, she worked in the marketing area of ​​Tech companies.

Laura Codispoti

Strategy Director

With a degree in Communication Studies, Laura has over 15 years of experience in media relations. She has honed her expertise by managing corporate, crisis, and product communication for numerous brands across various industries. Since joining Theoria in 2010, she now serves as Strategy Director and is also responsible for new business development, helping companies achieve their business goals through integrated communication campaigns.
Entrata a far parte di Theoria nel 2010, oggi ricopre il ruolo di Strategy Director.

Margherita Maggi

Team Manager

With a bachelor degree in communication science and a master’s degree in marketing and management, Margherita is account manager for the business unit event. Thanks to her enthusiasm and passion for marketing, Margherita supports her team in day by day activities focusing on achieving project goals.

Laura Mantovani

Team Manager

With a degree in Political Science, Laura has almost 20 years of experience working in Theoria, where she has covered roles of increasing responsibility until she became Account Director. In this role, Laura develops communication plans and strategies for Theoria clients, coordinating and supervising teams in the day-by-day activities.
Prior to joining Theoria, she worked in the PR and Media Relations at other communication agencies.

Valentina Zona

Team Manager

Valentina has a PhD in Legal History and a Master’s Degree in Journalism & Communication, she started her career in Weber Shandwick. She then continued her career in other PR agencies, working on clients in the sectors of Art & Design, Lifestyle, Beverage & Hospitality. Since joining Theoria in 2021, she now serves as Account Manager.
